NanoLub® LiX #2 EP + Grease

NanoLub® LiX #2 EP + Grease is a premium super strong IF-WS2 formulated grease especially designed for the most demanding EP applications. Formulated to function in the most extreme conditions, the potent, fully formulated grease, boasts an increase concentrate of out IF-WS2 tungsten disulfide multilayered nano-fullerene like particles. Under extreme pressure conditions, the solid IF-WS2 particles bond to the surface of the meal, lowering friction and wear while providing outstanding load-bearing capabilities.

NanoLub AW/AF Coating

Anotech AW/AF Solid Nano Coating – Solvent Based Parts A & B is a two part fully formulated product designed for permanent lubrication to provide Anti-Friction and Anti-Wear protection under extreme temperature and extreme pressure conditions. The formulation includes NIS’s proprietary super strong tungsten disulfide (WS2) multilayered nano-fullerene particles and high performance engineering thermosetting polymer binders that will help protect and extend the life of your oil two to three times better than the competition.

Ecodur 201M

The manual version of the Ecodur product. It is a plasticized gypsum formulation that combines the best attributes afforded by a vegetable oil and a commonly occurring rock mineral – retained flexibility, durability and chemical neutrality.

  • It is free of Volatile Organic Compounds (no VOCs)
  • BPA-free, rated for use in contact with potable water (NSF-61/AWWA D102)
  • Can be re-applied to itself for the life of the coating
  • It does not contain solvents, or require them in application or clean-up
  • Highly fire retardant, as they give off water vapor when heated

Vehicle Cure

TotalNano Vehicle Cure is a very thin and clear coating. It uses nanoparticles designed to penetrate into the surface of rubber tire sidewalls, hoses, shock absorber covers, plastic, vinyl dashboards and trim to restore the original luster and color damaged by UV exposure. TotalNano Vehicle Cure also restores headlights that have been oxidized and faded by UV rays to like new condition, and then works as a UV barrier to protect the revitalized appearance. It can be used on interiors and exteriors and is UV stable.

Graffiti

Solvent based, thin, invisible, long lasting, durable, environmentally friendly nanocoating that protects a wide variety of surfaces from the damaging effects of graffiti. The coating not only reduces the time and cost of cleaning, but also reduces the need for costly replacements. A great choice for the environment, as it negates the need for toxic and harsh cleaners to remove the graffiti and protects the asset at the same time. TotalNano Graffiti is ideal to protect some road signs, trains, walls, smooth concrete and various other smooth substrates. Uniquely, Anti-Graffiti can also go over painted surfaces, such as murals or other artwork that need to be protected from unwanted alteration. Our TotalNano Graffiti can be used to protect multiple surfaces in local public schools, city structures, and business buildings. By protecting these surfaces, TotalNano Graffiti not only reduces time and cost of cleaning labor, but also eliminates the need for costly replacements of expensive surfaces.

Nitav

Nitav is a new technology coating material produced from the Sol-Gel process for highly stressed concrete surfaces. Nitav is an organometallic coating, that is, it has both organic and inorganic components. Compared with traditional coatings that are inherently organic (polyurethane, acrylic, styrene acrylic etc) these new hybrid coatings have some exceptional properties. Some properties include:

  • Exceptional bond strength with substrates (long durability)
  • Very high resistance to UV radiation
  • Very high resistance to chemicals (acids, bases and solvents)
  • Very high resistance to environmental influences (weathering, temperature shock etc)
  • Low dirt pick up
  • Chemical reactions with surfaces that enable easy application on both new and old surfaces
  • Single coat applications possible
